In 2003, Laforest made his MLB debut with the Tampa Bay Rays and went on to a career with the Expos, Padres and Phillies. He also represented team Canada in the Olympics and World Baseball Classic.
Following his 16-year professional career, Pete went on to manage professionally where he led his team to the CanAM league championship. Since his professional career, Coach Laforest has dedicated his life to helping student-athletes reach their potential.
