A product of some of the nation’s top coaches and a Division I catcher, Matt learned the value of grit, teamwork, leadership and competing. Following his baseball life, French capped a sterling 25-year career in technology leadership where he helped build and scale companies to unmatched levels, including his latest stint at $150B market cap startup ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW).

French co-founded and led a company that built mental and life skills programs for amateur players. He sits on the board of Sevwins Prep, a 501c3 serving more than 15,000 young people with college prep and character education. Matt helped it scale to all 50 states and over 40 countries.

Following his tech career, Matt set his sights on helping high growth startups and giving back to the community. As a head high school baseball coach, he led his alma mater (Del Oro in Loomis, CA) to the section championships. Currently, French handles the catching and mental skills coaching duties at Folsom Lake College - where in the last three years the program won the conference championship and reached the CCCAA Final Four in back-to-back years.

The author of a mental activation and visualization program proven successful for players on and off the field, French brings cutting edge performance and life skills, along with over two decades of enterprise tech expertise.

Matt currently guides the build of a new standard in player development, a tech platform that engages and trains players in body, tools, makeup and education. French lives in Loomis, CA with his wife Dayle, sons Hudson and Charlie.
